Absolutely shocked this morning, ordered 2 drinks: vanilla latte and dirty chai latte. Vanilla latte had no vanilla, but my boyfriend said its fine he didnt want to bother the barista. My order was just a chai latte without the coffee shot, asked them to put a coffee shot in. Instead they just made me a lukewarm latte. I work in coffee shops, please read the dockets!
