Food was given to another customer and was sat waiting in the drive through for 25mins while they figured out what happened and remake my food. Also really bad service
Worst McDonalds ever. Have been there three times this week and they got my order wrong every single time. How hard can it be to make a frozen drink correctly?? Never going back!
Slowest Drive Through in Townsville. The food is usually freshly cooked though.
Absolutely worst service ever. Our Mcmuffins not even toasted or cooked and every number after us was served before us. We were 113 and all numbers up to 118 got theirs before ours. I ordered 1 x Bacon Egg Mcmuffin & 1 x Sausage Mcmuffin and 3 x hashbrowns. Even a staff member got her order before ours. I cannot believe the lack of service here!!!!
3 times i have been here, each time the majority of the burger is in the box, not in the burger, missing fillings and if you dare to complain they cut you off and refuse to answer direct questions. Never going here again and will be posting photos of the disgisting burgers on facebook. Bet they delete this
