Really disappointed.Had an appointment at 3.30pm and I went by 3.38pm because of traffic. There was no single customer in the salon when I walked in. The lady named Dianne wanted to charge me extra for 10min. She really needs to learn about customer service.This place is all about money.Never recommends to anyone.

Awesome coffee, barista sista behind the machine knows her stuff! Well worth the stop. Poke your head through the wall to the shop next door and theres a barber!

Friendly staff and the place looks great! Not to mention the lady who cut my hair and beard did a brilliant job when I had no idea what I wanted and just trusted her judgement! Oh and the cherry on top pricing was very reasonable! Highly recommended :)

Very good at what they do. Came here after receiving a terrible hair cut from another barber in town and they saved me. They didnt have a lot to work with after the other mob butchered it but ended up leaving with a very tidy clean cut. I will not go anywhere else now. Very clean and professional. Perfect fades. Great staff. Very great full for the save.

I hate coffee. Until recently I did not touch the stuff. It is bitter and revolting. When people said they liked it I thought it was some elaborate practical joke. But this place has turned me around. Their coffee is good and the service is both friendly and efficient. Definitely the best coffee in Townsville. I am there practically every day now. I still hate coffee, but I love coffee from Swagger and Jaxx. Also their haircuts are good too.
