Great spot for breakfast or brunch. Great selection of food, fantastic service.
In summary, I waited 40 min for a more than lacking breakfast. In the end I had to ask where it was, I got no answer but it appeared 10 min later. Poached eggs that were hard and nearly inedible that tasted heavily of vinegar. Mashed avocado with large lumps and my $3.50 mushroom extra was a single 60mm diameter mushroom that imitated a well done steal and was as hard to cut. Disappointing to say the least.
Great little cafe in the centre of Townsville. Great food and staff were very friendly. Highly recommended the smashed avo with bacon. Great range of teas and coffee options.
I used to eat here all the time, and there wasn't really anything that kept me from visiting frequently. The staff have always been friendly over the years, the traditional cafe menu's food is prepared timely, and is delicious. It's one of the more affordable cafes in Townsville and is also one of the earliest to open.
Nice coffee and breakfast in this beautiful cafe. Location is superb, close to the river with great outdoor area under shade with a cool breeze coming through. Lovely friendly staff, there's also a water bowl for your furry friends when you take them for a walk by this central area. Overall a pleasant experience, cheers.
