Everything good, just except no places to dry our stuff
Lovely modern and fresh-feeling room with good fixtures and accessories. All working too... except the Nespresso machine, but I think that was more operator (ie. me) ignorance than anything else. Delightful man at reception.
Clean, neat and tidy. Within walking distance of most of Townsville's main city attractions. Polite, helpful staff.
Newly renovated, room was spacious and well featured. We enjoyed a late check-out and parking although limited was convenient.
Looks like a recently renovated room and have to say it's quite impressive in size and appointments. Restaurant significantly less impressive: arrived for included buffet breakfast to be given a menu instead, told coffee was extra, and asked if I wanted the eggs in my Eggs Benedict poached, boiled or fried!
