Nice place, close to the shops and the beach, family room was better than we expected, 2 bedroom, I'll definitely come back.
Very clean, comfortable chairs and bed. Great location and very friendly helpful staff. Woolworths next door, cafes on the street. Parking is off site, though you can drop off your belongs then park. Walk to car park is a slight incline. Definitely will stay again.
A good hotel in the centre of Townsville. Good size rooms at reasonable prices. Front desk is open 24 hours. Parking is available on the street (a loading zone is it the front to check in) or the hotel has a paid car park a shirt distance away.
Good location but the hotel room and facilities are too old. The room I live only has a small window and can not open. Consider it is not a expensive hotel, could be a good choice for people on a budget.
Staff was great, room was average but relatively good for price. MAJOR downfall was the cleaning staff. Without placing the clean my room door hanger on the door, they had cleaned our room. No big deal right? Well little did we know prior to checking out a brand new pair of Ray Ban sunglasses had disappeared. Now I didnt pack them in my bags. So I have asked the service desk if any glasses had been picked up, no sorry, we arent aloud to touch guests items. So we check who had been cleaning our room. Same lady who magically cleaned our room the day before without asking. So me and the service desk lady ask, did you pick up any glasses. Now, once questioned, no eye contact was made from the cleaner. She then quickly disappeared to continue cleaning. Now what I suggest is hide you items before staying here. As clearly the cleaning staff cannot be trusted. Rant over.
