Great advice and my cat was so calm and reasonable bill
My beautiful cat Pippa was very very sick when I was referred to him by my usual vet.Carl was amazing and although Pippa was feeling very unwell, she was not fearful of him He is indeed a cat whisperer, with a wealth of knowledge and boundless compassion. He arranged the right tests quickly, kept her overnight and fed her and diagnosed terminal cancer, on top of her snake bite wound which was causing her blood not to clot. He made the hardest decision easier to bear by sensitively leaving no doubt in my mind that she needed to be at peace. All the staff were amazing, even arranging for her body to be be picked up by Pet Haven and all costs were kept to a minimum. They knew I wanted her ashes. I will not hesitate to bring Pippa's 2 grown kittens to Carl if they ever need specialist care.

I am so thankful for the care and support I have received from Carl, Lisa and all of the staff of the last few years we have been coming here. We use both the veterinary and boarding services for our cats. I am confident to leave our cats who have medical needs, while we are gone and know they are in the best care.
Amazing, compassionate clinic. Dr Carl will go above and beyond to help your cats - a truly generous and kind-hearted vet. His medical knowledge is exceptional and comprehensive. I will never take my cats anywhere else. He also has the most gentle, calming manner when handling cats, ensuring they feel as comfortable and as relaxed as possible whilst in the clinic.
