Keep away if you trying to rent, they keep rising Their rental 10 dollars evey six months, claiming it's the the market aprisal, can't see any more work happening in townsville, even where I work they start squizing their dollars, working harder to make less money, what more that that, think pink keeps coming at me with more demand and more money, hearless and no meaning to a valued tenant, shame on you..

Can not reccomend this real estate enough! We decided to put our unit up on the rental market after living in it for nearly 3 years. Brooke has made this the easiest and best transition. From getting all the odd jobs done like bond clean, gardener etc etc to even finding us an amazing house to rent in the mean time while we figure out our next move. Even dealing with a few of the other girls has been great! Always friendly and the best customer service! They always respond to any questions or queries immediately!
