Great service. After driving from Ingham and expecting 3 o'clock pick up and finish job at 11,30. Excellent.
Took my new Car here for a service on the way home the plastics underneath the car fell off, they were not re-attached properly which nearly made me crash thinking I hit something!! The plastics broke & I had to take the car back. I took the car back & the lady called me telling me it was all fixed. Well it wasnt They attempted to re-attach the broken plastics until I said I wanted it fully replaced. Who would want broken parts re-attached to their car? A complete waste of time, lack of integrity on behalf of the staff and a horrible service!! The lack of professionalism on the service could have caused me to crash while driving home! Would never recommend servicing your car here please take my advise!!
Awesome staff have always looked after me. Reception to sales to the excellent mechanics and parts teams. . . and of course the wonderful service department staff. Courtesy bus to pick you up and drop you off. Great coffee. Very reasonable prices and all your mechanical and tyre needs met. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
From the start it was a relaxed friendly experience. Nothing was any trouble for Dylan to do for us. No pressure or hard sales pitch, which we really appreciated. Found Dylan to be a very patient and respectful young man who went the extra mile for us, very honest and reliable.
