Nice place and clean and tidy. Good room sizes. Pool size is small for the number of guests and it can be full of people drinking as it has a swim up bar so not suitable for kids. Casino is a good size and plenty of machines and tables to play on. Staff friendliness can be hit and miss. Will come back again without kids.
We had dinner at miss song and was absolutely blown away by the meals. This is by far the best Chinese I have had , everything filled exactly as it should be. Meal sizes were refreshingly large which took us by surprise as in fine dining the meals normally don't fill me up . Meals were incredibly quick and drinks Were well priced. Overall I would recommend it to anyone that want a great Chinese meal
Buffet very poor, limited selection. Refill of food did not exist . Cutlery and dishes dirty. Staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. Had to pay for post mix soft drink which you didn't do before the upgrade. If you expect 5 star review pull up your socks.
It's so nice after the makeover. A really beautiful place to go for dinner or drinks. Made a booking at the restaurant a week before but staff seemed confused and disorganised at the counter. (friendly all the same) One particular drinks waitress was a bit impatient but bearable, the other was super friendly. Without a bar option to order drinks your staff should be more attentive to the tables. In saying that - whomever was mixing drinks on Sat night can't make a long island ice tea to save themselves. Food was awesome and the buffet well maintained and kept the food coming. Overall experience was great. 2 years ago would have given the same restaurant a 2 star rating.
From arrival to departure the whole experience was great. We both ordered the scotch fillet cooked medium rare and we were not disappointed the red wine just was amazing. Our 3yr old also loved the cheese and garlic pizza bread. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Will return again in the near future.
