Very rude customer service, manager is arrogant do not apologise for their fault. I ordered a brand new tyre over the phone and quote was around $268 less than $275 this was the same on their website as well. I ordered over the phone with the same price, I got text message when the order arrived. I have made arrangements from work to go to service centre to get it done, I waited at the shop until they fixed the new tyre requesting my family to stay at friends place until this is fixed. The manager came up to me with the bill with big surprise quoting $299 price. I have mentioned to him that it was never that price, immediately he asked his staff to take off the tyre from vehicle. When I asked for justification as how can you quote a price and charge different price, the manager behaviour was very rude, he was not even talking to customer he was explaining to his staff about their system changes. It was a never customer mistake and manager denies to apologise and makes a quick decision to take the tyre off the vehicle immediately. After asking for the justification he spoke to his team somewhere and come up with $275 price not sure if that is genuine price he might have made it up for argument sake not to agree with customer $268. He never apologised neither acknowledge their mistake. Demanding an answer from customer if I want it to be fixed for $275, I had no choice and dont want to waste another day of work and wasting family time either I said ok, at that time the staff had to re arrange the tyre to be fixed. This is a regional Australia and customer service from this manager is not acceptable to any type of customer. I suggest JAX Tyres to provide a better customer service in the future. I do not recommend this business to any customers if you are going there you better check other places before you go to this man.
Put the wrong tyres on. Came in for 1030am booking, got a call an hour later to say they haven't got the tyres in yet and come back later. Then charged more than the original quote for each tyre. Very unprofessional and disorganised. Will not return to Jax Townsville.
Service was fantastic, and everyone I dealt with there was helpful and professional. They got my car in on the day I rang, and fixed it the same day. I was ecstatic that they could fix it on the same day. Definitely recommend Jax Tyres Townsville. Thanks so much to the team there, you really helped me out when I thought I'd be stuck for days without a car. Well priced too.
Ordered two tyres and got them two days fafter, fitted and balanced. Even though I made a mistake with the tyre's references, the store manager found a solution to get me the right tyres quickly. I also asked for a check of the coolant leak and they did it for free. Prices are reasonable compared to others.
I showed up on time of appointment,and they had me in and out real quick. great service.
