Good service but textbooks are overpriced and I could not get the ones I needed for this semester till a week before class started. Even then they did not have a recommended textbook for one of my subjects and I was told I had to wait another two weeks. I was a bit disappointed but got it online for much cheaper.
Ordered 3 textbooks online and after only receiving 2 tried to call them 6 times and they sent me to voicemail.
If I could give this horrid place less stars I would. Wrong delivery times, no information about the location of my purchase, not even a tracking number or notification of dispatch! Worse than that, they NEVER answer their phone. And their message bank is full. When it isn't full, they never return calls so do not even bother. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
If I could give negative stars i would. I would highly recommend shopping at any other book store or online before purchasing books through JCU coop. Terrible customer service and FALSE delivery times stated on their website.
